Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery within Canada takes 3-7 business days, depending on your region. We also offer free in-store pickup at 4841 Wellington Street, Montreal.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can also track your order in your customer account.

The delivery charges to Canada are as follows:

Quebec: $10 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4).

Rest of provinces: $15 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4).

Over $150: Free shipping.

For all other countries the fee is $60 for all deliveries (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $30).

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns.

Natural textiles shrink slightly after washing. It is recommended to steam iron them to restore their original shape.

For other types of fabrics, we ensure that they are made as close to Montreal as possible, in order to minimize our carbon footprint and support local businesses.

We can create a bespoke garment tailored to your body shape, subject to fabric availability.
