We do more than just create beauty, we do good.

THE PRODUCTION PROCESS

Made in China is outdated; what charms us today is locally made... or rather, the

Made in Montreal.

Made locally. Worn everywhere.

Each garment is imagined, drawn and designed in Montreal, in Marigold's boutique-workshop, by our design and production team.

Made in Montreal, and within a 15km radius of Montreal

The majority of the fabrics are manufactured or even knitted in Montreal and within a 15km radius of Montreal.

Our samples come to life in the workshop, in the hands of our seamstresses.

Our haircuts are carried out either by us or through our suppliers within a 15km radius of Montreal.

All our products are sewn in-house, either in our workshop or by our very dear and loyal seamstresses, within a 15km radius of Montreal.

Slow fashion

Less, but better.

All our products are manufactured in small batches to limit overproduction. Generally, we produce between 80 and 90 pieces per product.

Clothes made to be lived in, not thrown away.

We guarantee the durability of all our garments. Our care labels are customized for each different fabric, and we specify how to wash your garment without damaging it, depending on the material.

We reuse our fabric scraps to make unique, limited-edition pieces and accessories. Some fabric scraps are also resold at low prices during mega sales to avoid throwing away or wasting textiles, an industry that is highly polluting today.

We encourage local consumption and ethical and environmentally friendly fashion on our social media channels on a daily basis.
