How long does it take from when I place my order until it is shipped to me?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday.

Once the order leaves the workshop, the delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.

What are the shipping times?

Shipments are prepared within 48 hours of receiving your order. We choose the best delivery method between Purolator, UPS, and Canada Post.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to Canada, 5-10 business days to the USA, and 15-20 business days to Europe and other countries.

How much are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs to Canada are as follows:

Quebec: $10 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4)
Rest of the provinces: $15 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4).
Over $75: Free shipping.

For all other countries the fees are: $60 for all deliveries (except for bamboo t-shirts and mimi tops, $30).

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can specify a different billing address and a different delivery address. This way, you can send your order to work or to a loved one's home, for example. Please note that an order can only be delivered to one address.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? And can I check its status?

You will receive a shipping confirmation for your order with a tracking number. Simply enter this number on the carrier's website in the "track a package" section to access information regarding the shipment of your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the interest of eco-responsibility , all Marigold by Marilyne Baril clothing is guaranteed. Although clothing, jewelry, and their components are carefully inspected, breakage or abnormal wear may occur. We will be happy to repair your product. You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in perfect condition and all original tags must be attached for both regular-priced and discounted merchandise.

We will provide you with a label to facilitate your return. We are committed to the complete satisfaction of our customers. If you have any questions, we will be happy to guide you to offer you the best choice.
 
NO RETURNS are accepted on discounted items. We can only exchange/refund items from the current collection.

Did you know that MARIGOLD clothing is sourced by seven Montreal artisans? In fact, local production is very important to us. By doing so, everyone is committed to sustainable development. We promote ethical and eco-responsible practices and encourage our customers to invest in sustainable products. Our products are transported shorter distances to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We use less ink and paper, and all our lookbooks are printed on recycled paper.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted in the online store?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, as listed at the bottom of our website. You can pay for your orders by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or American Express), or via PayPal, ShopPay, GPay, or ApplePay.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment will be charged to your credit card when you confirm the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

Do I have to pay sales tax or customs fees on my order?

Products offered on our online store and delivered in Canada are subject to the applicable federal and/or provincial tax, calculated based on the delivery address of the products.
Orders delivered to the United States or Canada are not subject to any customs fees as stipulated by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
For packages delivered outside of these three countries, customs fees may apply and be claimed by the carrier upon receipt of the package. For more information, please contact the customs office of the delivery country or contact the selected carrier.
