DELIVERY

What is the time frame between when I place my order and when it is shipped to me?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. Orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday.

Once the order has left the workshop, the delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.

What are the shipping times?

Shipments are prepared within 48 hours of receiving your order. We choose the best delivery method from among Purolator, UPS, and Canada Post.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery in Canada, 5 to 10 business days for the USA and 15 to 20 business days for Europe and other countries.

How much are the delivery charges? 

The delivery charges to Canada are as follows:

Quebec: $10 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4)
Rest of provinces: $15 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4).
Over $150: Free shipping.

For all other countries the fees are: $60 for all deliveries (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $30).

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can specify a different billing and shipping address. This allows you to send your order to work or to a relative, for example. Please note that an order can only be delivered to one address.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped? And can I check its status?

You will receive a shipping confirmation for your order with a tracking number. Simply enter this number on the carrier's website in the "track a package" section to access information about your order's shipment.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In an effort to be eco-responsible, all Marigold clothing by Marilyne Baril is guaranteed.

If, however, an item is unsuitable, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Return procedure

Before returning an item, please contact us at info@marigoldmtl.com to obtain a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

For a return and/or exchange, you can send your package back to the following address: 4841 Wellington Street, Verdun QC H4G 1X5 .

Time limit

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Sale items

Sale items or items part of a special promotion are not refundable. They can be exchanged or credited towards a future purchase.

Exchanges and credits

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval of the exchange or the credit note. No refunds will be issued for sale items.

Did you know that MARIGOLD clothing is made by seven Montreal artisans? In fact, local production is very important to us. By doing so, everyone involved contributes to sustainable development. We promote ethical and eco-responsible practices and encourage our customers to invest in durable products. Our products are transported over shorter distances to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We use less ink and paper, and all our lookbooks are printed on recycled paper.


PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted on the online store?

We accept a wide range of payment methods, which are listed at the bottom of our website. You can pay for your orders by Mastercard, Visa, or American Express credit card, or via PayPal, ShopPay, Gpay, or Apple Pay.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment will be charged to your credit card when you confirm the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

 Do I have to pay sales tax or customs fees on my order?

Products offered on our online store and delivered within Canada are subject to applicable federal and/or provincial taxes, calculated based on the delivery address. Orders delivered to the United States or Canada are exempt from customs duties as stipulated by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). For packages delivered outside of these three countries, customs duties may apply and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
