What is the lead time between when I place my order and when it will be shipped to me?

Usually orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday.

Once the order has left the workshop, the delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier.

What are the shipping times?

All our packages are shipped with Canada Post.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to Canada, 5-10 business days for USA and 15-20 business days for Europe and other countries.

All orders in Canada are shipped with Canada Post. 

How much are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs in Canada are as follows:

Quebec: $10 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4)
Rest of the provinces: $15 (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $4).
Over $150: Free shipping.

For all other countries the fees are: $60 for all deliveries (except for bamboo t-shirts and cute tops, $30).

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than mine?

Yes, you can indicate a billing address and a different delivery address. So you can send your order to work or to a loved one, for example. Please note that an order can only be delivered to one address.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? And can I check its status?

You will receive a shipping confirmation for your order with a Canada Post tracking number. Simply report this number on the carrier's website in the “track a package” section to access information relating to the dispatch of your order.
