EEQuébec (Entrepreneurship Education Quebec) is an organization whose mission is to promote and develop the entrepreneurial spirit among young people through educational programs and inspiring initiatives. In collaboration with educational institutions and local communities, EEQuébec offers training, workshops, and resources that allow young people to develop entrepreneurial skills, discover the business world, and learn about project management. Their innovative approach aims to encourage autonomy, creativity, and initiative among young people so they can become leaders in their fields.

Marigold is grateful for the support provided by EEQuébec, particularly through the STA (Support for Self-Employed Workers) measure, which played a key role in launching the brand. This support took the form of assistance in developing a business plan and perfecting sales techniques in 2014. In addition to this assistance, a one-year wage subsidy provided Marilyne with financial support, guaranteeing a minimum wage during the first year of her start-up business.

In 2022, Marilyne also had the opportunity to participate in Parcours C3, an intensive support program dedicated to entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative sectors. This program allowed her to acquire essential entrepreneurial skills to support Marigold's growth. The program included training in financial management, human resources, and digital communication strategy, as well as individual coaching sessions and networking activities with inspiring entrepreneurs. Thanks to these tools, Marilyne was able to strengthen Marigold's vision and identity while optimizing her business management.
