The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on small businesses, linking them closely to financial support from the state. In 2022, the Canadian government implemented various measures, including loans, through the Canadian Emergency Business Account (CEBA), offering eligible businesses interest-free loans of up to $40,000.

Although this loan has considerably helped Marigold, it has created three challenges at the end of 2023: a surplus of inventory, sales that are not happening and an imminent repayment deadline. Marilyne Baril is asking for your help!

Currently, the necessary funds are lacking due to the recession upon us, prompting Marigold to hold a mega sale from November 22-29. All old collections will be 75% off! Our newsletters will give you all the details.

Although generally opposed to Black Friday, this year is exceptional. We need to repay a loan while freeing up space in our workshop for our future collections!
