HOW LONG ARE MY PURCHASES GUARANTEED?
Clothing and jewelry are guaranteed for 15 days after purchase in store and/or 15 days from the date of receipt of your package if it is an online order.
Note: Every Anne-Marie Chagnon item, accompanied by its original proof of purchase, is covered by a full one-year warranty including parts and labor. If you should find a manufacturing defect, return your jewelry immediately to the store along with your order number.
All elastic bracelet bands and earring clasps are guaranteed for life and replaced free of charge. Breakage of jump rings or clasps is also covered by a lifetime warranty.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASES?
Although clothing, jewelry, and their components are carefully inspected, breakage or abnormal wear may occur. We will be happy to repair your product. You can also return or exchange your purchase in-store or by mail. The product must be unworn and/or unwashed, in perfect condition, and all original tags must be attached for both regular-priced and discounted merchandise.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASES?
For a return and/or exchange, you can return or bring your order to the following address: 4841 Wellington Street, Verdun, QC H4G 1X5. We strongly encourage you to write to us. We will provide you with a label to facilitate your return. While we are happy to offer free returns, the initial shipping charge is non-refundable. When making a return or exchange, it is important to provide us with your order number in order to process your request.
In the event of a return, we will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible. Once we have processed your return, we will refund you (excluding the initial shipping costs) using the payment method used to place the original order.
MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives intact. If, however, it is damaged upon arrival, contact us by email with descriptive photos of the package; the repair, replacement, or refund of the item(s) will then be initiated.
I DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Although we are committed to the complete satisfaction of our customers, it may happen that a lack of attention occurs (we're sorry... :( to err is human...) and you do not receive the correct product. In this case, we invite you to write to us by email and we will do what is necessary to correct our error.
Please note that all sales within the framework of "mega sales", "workshop sales", "comfort promotions", and "2 for 1 sales" are final. Masks, scrunchies, panties, candles, bags, cosmetics, and stationery items are also final. Unless the product is defective, please contact us by email at info@marigoldmtl.com with a photo of the defect in question.
