Return and exchange
The usual policies apply:
HOW LONG ARE MY PURCHASES GUARANTEED?
Clothing and jewelry are guaranteed for 15 days after purchase in store and/or 15 days from the date of receipt of your package if it is an online order.
Note: Each Anne-Marie Chagnon item, accompanied by its original proof of purchase, is covered by a full one-year warranty including parts and labor. If you happen to find a manufacturing defect, return your jewel to the store without delay along with your order number.
All elastic bracelet bands and earring fasteners are guaranteed for life and then replaced free of charge. Broken rings or clasps are also covered by a lifetime warranty.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASES?
Although clothing, jewelry and their components are carefully inspected, it is possible that breakage or abnormal wear and tear may occur. We will be happy to repair your product. You can also return or exchange your purchase in store or by post. Product must not have been worn and/or washed, must be in perfect condition and all original tags must be attached for regular priced merchandise and discounted merchandise.
Please note that all sales under "mega sales", "workshop sales", "comforting promotions" and "2 for 1 sales" are final sales. Masks, scrunchies, panties, candles, bags, cosmetics and stationery are also final sales. Unless it is a product defect, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@marigoldmtl.com with a photo of the defect in question.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASES?
For a return and/or an exchange, you can return or return your order to the following address: 4841 rue Wellington, Verdun QC H4G 1X5. We strongly encourage you to write to us. We will provide you with a label to facilitate your return. Although we are happy to offer free returns, the initial shipping charge is non-refundable. When returning or exchanging it is important to provide us with your order number in order to process your request.
In the case of a return we will do our best to process your request as soon as possible. As soon as we have processed your return, we will refund you (excluding the initial shipping costs) to the payment method used to place the initial order.

MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Everything is done to ensure that your order arrives intact. However, if it is damaged on arrival, contact us by email with descriptive photos of the package; the repair, replacement or refund of the item(s) will then be initiated.
I DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Although we are committed to the full satisfaction of our customers, it can happen that a lack of attention occurs (we are sorry…:(to err is human…) and that you do not receive the right product In this case, we invite you to write to us by email and we will do what is necessary to repair our error.
