Job Description: Sales and Marketing Manager

Start date: As soon as possible (part-time), then full-time from May 2025 to replace 1 year of maternity leave.

We are therefore looking for someone with a strong interest in combating "fast fashion" by advocating a collaborative approach to optimizing company resources and developing professional relationships between our industry colleagues and our clients.

Responsibility :

  • Coordinate store, site and customer service activities
  • Communicate with customers on all company channels, including responding to emails and newsletters.
  • Management and creation of content for social networks
  • Manage inventory, online orders and shipments to our points of sale
  • Develop strategies to reduce friction in the sales process
  • Train and supervise boutique team members and stimulate their professional development within the company
  • Wholesale and shipping account management

Profile sought:

  • Resourceful, versatile and have an eye for detail
  • Experience in store management and customer service (1-2 years) preferably in the clothing industry
  • Experience in sewing, measuring and design (an asset)
  • Experience with Shopify and the Adobe suite (an asset)
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational, time management and priority management skills
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changes

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders
