What payment methods are accepted on the online store?

The payment methods we accept are numerous and indicated at the bottom of the page of our website. You can pay for your orders by credit card Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or via Paypal or ShopPay, Gpay or ApplePay.

When will my credit card be charged?

Payment will be taken from your credit card when you confirm the transaction. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Do I have to pay sales tax or customs fees on my order?

The products offered on our online store and delivered in Canada are subject to the federal and/or provincial tax in force, calculated according to the delivery address of the products.


Orders delivered to the United States or Canada are not subject to any customs fees as stipulated by the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).


For packages delivered outside these three countries, customs charges may apply and be claimed by the carrier upon receipt of the package. For more information, please contact the customs service of the country of delivery or contact the selected carrier.

What is the lead time between when I place my order and when it will be shipped to me?

Usually orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days. Orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday.

Once in the hands of the carrier, the delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier. You have the option to choose the shipping method depending on how fast you want to receive their order.

What are the shipping times?

Our packages are shipped with Canada Post or Purolator.

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery to Canada, 5-10 business days for USA and 15-20 business days for Europe and other countries.

All orders in Canada are shipped with Canada Post. 

How much are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the package sent, as well as the distance to be traveled between our Shop-Workshop and you.

Can I have my order delivered to an address other than mine?

Yes, you can indicate a billing address and a different delivery address. So you can send your order to work or to a loved one, for example. Please note that an order can only be delivered to one address.

You can also select the "pick up in store" option which allows you to receive your order faster or not to worry about your package.

How do I know if my order has been shipped? And can I check its status?

An email including the package tracking number is sent to you when the order is about to leave the workshop. Simply report this number on the carrier's website listed in the email in the “track a package” section to access the information relating to the dispatch of your order.
